***News from the Shepherd's Shelves Food Pantry***

Any donations are welcome to help feed the people in our community.   We use the money donated to buy discounted dry goods and several types of meat we can give to our patrons. 

We would like to THANK the Pittsboro United Methodist Church for thinking of us when a grant became available to them to help in food insecurity in their community.  I was informed of this the beginning of December and was able to order a large amount of meat from Gleaners Food Bank for our Food Pantry before Christmas last year.  We also want to give a big thanks to the Trailside Church who collect donations to bring to our pantry.  Since our church has identified as a Silver Chalice church, we have been receiving donations every month for items needed in our pantry.  Also in February we will receive an annual check from the Hendricks County Food Pantry Coalition, of which we are a member.  We are so thankful for all the donations, thoughts, and prayers we receive from our community.

We appreciate each and every one of you who has helped with organizing food drives, other food donations, and monetary donations.  We are so blessed with the people in our Community.  We appreciate all of our members, families, friends, volunteers & neighbors who have supported us through the years and look forward to many more experiences with all of you!
